You can also use medications to help reduce the snoring problems there are throat sprays, that lubricate the throat and often make it much easier for the air to get through it. You can also use allergy medications that can help to reduce the swelling in the nasal passages and the throat this can help for free breathing during the night. As you can see there are many treatments for your snoring problems.
